2. Ordering & Payments

• 50% deposit required for order confirmation (non-refundable).

3. Shipping & Delivery

Lead Time:

Claims: Must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

5. Returns & Refunds

Damaged Goods: Replacement or partial refund if claim is validated.

Non-Returnable: Perishable items (banana leaves, fresh spices) cannot be returned.

6. Intellectual Property

All content (logos, product images) is owned by PT GLOBALINDO AGRI EXPORT. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Maximum liability = order value. Not responsible for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits).

8. Governing Law
